The 45 acre complex consists of 312 stalls, 42 grooms apartments, a 3/4 mile exercise track, a 300 x 200 all-weather jump ring, a second jump ring with state-of-the-art footing, a lunge ring, and 4 board fenced grass paddocks. In addition, located on-site is  The Tackeria. The home of the Winter Equestrian Festival, Stadium Jumping, is less than a mile from the complex.
